STUDY OF THE AMPELODESCRIPTOR PARAMETERS OF THE TABLE GRAPE VARIETY KHATYNBARMAGY (KHATYNBARMAGY B)

With the rich polymorphism that the grape varieties of Azerbaijan possess, differing from each other in the shape, size of bunches and berries, in color, taste, aroma of berries, etc., the genotypes are the same in a number of morphological characteristics. This leads to the emergence of varietal diversity, different genotypes and synonyms in the grape gene pool. In this case, the identification of varieties or genotypes requires a special approach, and at present, molecular genetic, ampelometric methods, ampelodescriptors, etc. are widely used in the world for determining the varieties. In Azerbaijani grapes, berries are flattened, rounded, slightly oval, oval, ellipsoidal, ovate, elongated, oblong, hook-shaped, pitcher-shaped, compressed in the center (like a pumpkin), nipple-shaped, cylindrical, etc. Due to the fact that most table grape varieties have oblong, oval, nipple-shaped, cylindrical berries, they are popularly referred to as “kechimemesi” (goat nipple), “inekemjeyi” (cow's udder), “gyomushumeme” (cow's nipple), “khatynbarmagy "(Lady's finger)," gadynbarmagy) (female finger), etc. Taking this into account, among the varieties with such common features, ampelodescriptor characteristics of the Khatynbarmagy variety were identified and digitally described. The article describes the morphological, biological, technological, and also ampelodescriptor characteristics of the Khatynbarmagy variety. Also, according to the new model, the indicator of the perspective of the variety is shown in comparison with the control Ag Khalili.
